They are courteous of my request of a phone call a day before service due to my severe allergies. That alone is helpful and my lawn is coming along nicely. I would give 5 stars when my lawn reaches my ideal lawn expectation. Rome wasn't built in a day nor is a lawn brought back to health. We are well on our way to a completely consistent lawn appearance which is important to me. Every home looks better when it has a nice lawn framing it.

I used Heartland Lawns at my last house and continue to use them at our new house. We have had ongoing weed issues in part of the front yard due to the weeds that were in the old lot and Heartland Lawns continues to come out and treat them without question. They are much more professional and friendly than the last Lawn service I had and my lawn looks great. They are also very competitive on pricing. I would highly recommend them.
